This criminal always has his slippery hands in all kinds of nefarious doings, but they always end up being foiled by the caped crusader. No matter what he tries, he just can't seem to get by Batman's cunning detective skills! Even joining up with the rest of the rouges gallery of bad guys in an effort to outsmart the bat would eventually blow up in their faces, figuratively and sometimes literally... No matter what though, The Penguin just keeps coming back for more. You can give the classic character a try with this great costume. Just don't expect to outsmart Batman.
